- 8 slices whole grain bread
- 1 1/3 cups strawberries
- 2 cups dairy-free yogurt
- 1/4 cup almond butter
Instructions:
- Toast bread. Slice strawberries.
- Spread bread with yogurt. Layer strawberries on top, pressing gently to adhere. Drizzle with almond butter (you may need to heat for 10 seconds in the microwave to get to a pourable consistency). Enjoy!
