Easy overnight oats

About this recipe:

These overnight oats are accompanied by apple, pecans, and peanut butter.

Ingredients:
  • 1 1/3 cups oats, gluten-free or regular
  • 1/4 cup protein powder
  • 1 1/3 cups milk
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 2 apples
  • 1/4 cup pecans
Instructions:
  1. In a container with a lid, combine oats, protein powder and milk. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  2. Stir in peanut butter and a pinch of salt. Chop apple; stir in to the oat mixture. Top with pecans and enjoy!
