Keto Egg Roll Bowls with Grilled Chicken

Ingredients:
  • ¼ cup coconut oil
  • 4 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded carrot
  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • 2 ½ tbsp sesame oil
  • 4 green onions
  • 1 lb grilled chicken breast
Instructions:
  1. Melt coconut oil in a skillet over medium-high. Add shredded cabbage and carrot and sautee until slightly softened, about 3 minutes.
  2. Add soy sauce and sesame oil. Sautee until soft, another 2 to 3 minutes.
  3. Thinly slice green onion. Slice chicken breast. Top egg roll bowls with chicken and green onions.
