Keto Egg Roll Bowls with Grilled Chicken

Ingredients:
- ¼ cup coconut oil
- 4 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 cup shredded carrot
- ½ cup soy sauce
- 2 ½ tbsp sesame oil
- 4 green onions
- 1 lb grilled chicken breast
Instructions:
- Melt coconut oil in a skillet over medium-high. Add shredded cabbage and carrot and sautee until slightly softened, about 3 minutes.
- Add soy sauce and sesame oil. Sautee until soft, another 2 to 3 minutes.
- Thinly slice green onion. Slice chicken breast. Top egg roll bowls with chicken and green onions.
