Creamy Keto Chocolate Avocado Pudding

Ingredients:
  • 2 avocados
  • ½ cup cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp stevia extract
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • 2 tbsp coconut flakes
Use a Milk Alternative:

To make this dessert dairy-free, replace the milk with any of your favoriate milk alternatives.

Instructions:
  1. Scoop out avocado into blender.
  2. Add cocoa powder, stevia extract, milk, vanilla and a pinch of salt to blender. Pulse until completely smooth.
  3. Serve room temperature or chilled, topped with coconut flakes.
