Classic Homemade Guacamole with Celery Sticks

About this recipe:
With celery sticks instead of tortilla chips, this guacomole recipe is the perfect healthy snack option.
Ingredients:
- ¼ red onion
- 2 tbsp fresh cilantro
- 1 jalapeno pepper
- 4 avocados
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 lime
- 8 sticks celery
Instructions:
- Peel and mince red onion. Chop cilantro. Remove top and seeds from jalapeno pepper; finely chop.
- Peel and dice avocado; add to a mixing bowl. Mash with a potato masher or the back of a fork, until your desired consistency is reached.
- Add red onion, cilantro, jalapeno pepper, salt and 2 tbsp lime juice to the bowl. Stir to combine and adjust seasoning to taste.
- Cut celery sticks in 3-inch lengths. Enjoy with guacamole for dipping!
