Spravato (esketamine) is a prescription nasal spray that’s used to treat certain types of depression in adults. This drug can interact with alcohol and other medications. For example, Spravato can interact with opioids and stimulants.
An interaction can occur because one substance causes another substance to have a different effect than expected. Interactions can also occur if you have certain health conditions.
